Biology places a large role in cognition and overall performance. We can take a look at your nutrition, sleep, fitness regiment. We can leverage wearable tech to track and measure these factors.

Your overall nervous system health will impact your clarity and decision making quality. We can use self-care to impact HRV and vagal tone.

Social

Humans are social creatures wired for connection. We can look at the quality of your relationships and whether you're getting adequate levels of serotonin and oxytocin.

Spiritual

Science shows that spirituality enhances grit and resilience. Spirituality also counteracts the depressive portions of our brain. We can explore ancient spiritual traditions like the Tao Te Ching, The Baghvad Gita, and Stoicism.

My Story

At the height of the pandemic, I was laid off from a large law firm in Washington D.C. and had to figure out a way to get through the challenging times I knew were ahead. I did a deep dive into physical health, losing 100lbs and cleaning up my diet. I also began exploring ancient wisdom and noticed a pattern among the traditions available to us. That led me into metareligion and religious practice as conscious state shifting techniques along with modern practices like breathwork and nature. I learned all about the nervous system and somatics and how that impacts our day to day experience as humans. I ultimately discovered the leading edge of human cognition as a full body experience and am excited to share my tips and tools with you.
